The Correction Desk
Any company can report one wrong or stale AI statement about itself, free. Within five business days our team captures by hand whether it reproduces, and you get the dated record and one correction line in a free account. With your consent, the Correction Ledger publishes the statement type, the engine, the found date and the corrected date, so the industry can see what the engines get wrong and how long correction takes.
One free record per company domain, about your own company, from a work email at your company's domain. The Correction Desk asks for a work email so we can deliver your record to an account; we store it on that account and nowhere else, and the public Ledger never shows an email, a name or the text of a statement.
What happens next
Within five business days our team captures by hand the question that matches your report, on the engine you named and on ChatGPT if different, classes what each answer states against your correct fact and your own pages, and puts the dated record and one correction line in your account. A sign-in link reaches your work email. Reports about another company are declined.
