Agency Deadline Audit

Agency onboarding for a client visibility report

Prepare one client brief, review ten buyer questions and check the delivered evidence before sharing the report. This guide takes you from the agency cover to the final client handoff. The worksheet saves a preparation file on your device; confirming the purchased order is a separate step.

Reviewed November 6, 2026. Delivery lead: Priya Nair, Management Consultant.

$490 USD once, per client report

Ten agreed questions, three repeats on ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode: 150 planned answers. Your white-label report includes three prioritized fixes and one paste-ready change of up to 250 words.

Findings arrive within 48 elapsed hours of recorded scope confirmation. Full-refund requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery. We do not contact your client for 12 months.

Read the current terms and compare the approved scopes. This purchase is one report. A recurring monitoring service or a separate client workspace needs its own agreed scope.

1. Keep each client's brief separate

Use one order and one preparation file for each client. Start with the agency name for the cover, the client's public name and website, its category, the rivals to compare and an optional six-digit brand color. Name the agency reviewer and the person authorized to approve the client's facts.

The account intake already collects the agency name, color, client name, website, category and rivals. The worksheet adds a review record for your own handoff. Check permission before supplying material, and keep private client documents out of public sample or share links.

The report carries the approved agency name and color. Review that cover before forwarding it. Open the fictional agency workspace to inspect the report format. Its illustrative data has a different question set from this purchased report.

2. Approve the exact ten questions

Choose questions that express a buyer's task. For example, ask which field service software supports offline technician checklists. Keep the wording, market and intended buyer consistent. A named-brand question tests a different task from an unprompted shortlist; identify that distinction before confirmation.

  1. Purchase the report for the intended client and open its intake in your account.
  2. Check the company, category and rivals. Preview all ten proposed questions.
  3. Adjust the client and category fields and preview the set again. If the proposed questions still differ from the agreed scope, use the support route in your order before confirming.
  4. Save and confirm only when the authorized reviewer agrees. That recorded scope confirmation starts the 48-hour findings clock.
  5. Retain the confirmed question set and due time with the order. For a later scope change, use the order's support route before changing the comparison.

Sign in to review an existing order. Preparing or downloading this worksheet does not place an order, approve questions in an account or start measurement.

A deadline example

Fictional example: scope confirmed at 14:00 UTC on November 6, 2026 means findings are due at 14:00 UTC on November 8, 2026. These are elapsed hours, so the weekend is included. The account's recorded confirmation is the source for an actual order.

3. Check the report against the order

Use the following checks before accepting the agency handoff. A headline rate should lead back to its observed answers; a failed observation must remain visible as a failure.

A sample demonstrates the format. It is not evidence of client performance. Read how answer observations are counted before interpreting a change in a rate.

4. Record acceptance and the next action

Keep the order reference, delivery timestamp, report version, reviewer and any unresolved correction together. Record which checks passed and the specific field or receipt that needs attention. If a file is unreadable or the scope differs, use the support route supplied with the order and include that reference.

The agency decides what to share with its client. Publishing the suggested copy is a separate client approval. A later live answer is a new observation, not a promise that an answer engine will repeat the earlier result.

Completed fictional review record

Harbourline Partners reviewed the fictional Kalvenor Systems brief on November 6, 2026. Its delivery reviewer checked the agency cover, ten approved questions, three proposed fixes and a 65-word copy change. The sample record accepts the format and sends the copy to the client marketing lead for factual approval. It claims no measured result and authorizes no publication.

Fictional source extract

Kalvenor Systems supports offline work-order checklists. Completed checklists sync when connectivity returns. Office staff can review them beside the customer site history.

Three fixes, in order

  1. Place the offline-checklist statement beside the mobile workflow description. The source supports this capability, but the buyer needs it at the point of comparison.
  2. Confirm supported devices with the client facts approver before naming them. The extract does not specify device support.
  3. Ask the client facts approver to supply the offline retention rule. The extract does not state how long a device retains an unsynced record.

Sample copy, 65 words

Kalvenor Systems keeps technician checklists with each work order. Technicians can complete the checklist while offline, then sync the record when their connection returns. Office staff can review the completed checklist alongside the customer site history. Before choosing a plan, confirm which mobile devices are supported and how long offline records stay on the device. Those details are not stated in this fictional source extract.

Download the completed fictional review. No engine observation is part of this preparation example.
