Module 7 of 8 · 20 minutes

Make trust visible in an introduction

Use a clear disclosure and preserve the buyer's choice.

Learning does not enroll anyone as a partner. Referral participation requires its own application, approval, signed fixed terms and tax/payment onboarding. A certificate never creates authority to represent Broadcastwell.

Disclose the relationship

Use: I earn a referral commission from Broadcastwell if you purchase through my referral. Put it beside the recommendation, before a More truncation. Say and show it in video. May earn is appropriate only where earning is genuinely conditional. A profile label alone is insufficient.

Register before introducing

Approved partners register a genuine unrelated prospect and wait for acceptance before an introduction. Existing clients, active opportunities, self-purchases, related companies and duplicate registrations are excluded. No scraped/purchased lists, spam or confidential data. The first public promotion is reviewed and later promotions are spot-checked.

Respect the boundary

No negotiating, quoting, closing, collecting money or binding the LLC. No promised income, job, referral quota, recruiting bonus or downline. California, Massachusetts and New Jersey individual-partner approvals are on hold pending lawyer review. Course access stays open.

Practice, then check

Spend five minutes reading the disclosure guide, five minutes drafting a fictional two-sentence introduction, five minutes locating the disclosure before the link, and five minutes checking for unsupported claims or authority. Save it locally; do not send it.

Your learning artifact

Create an unsent fictional introduction with the exact disclosure. It is a learning artifact, never a real prospecting assignment.

No real prospecting, paid measurement or company deliverable is required.
