Joining, declining, completing or leaving Launchpad, making referrals, generating revenue, or taking part in the Exchange does not affect any application, interview, paid assessment or hiring decision. Learning and referrals create no entitlement or priority for paid work.
Most participants may earn nothing. A completion certificate is not an accredited qualification or a promise of employment.

One-time bonuses: $100 for the first distinct genuine unrelated retained retail customer, and $150 for the third. An upgrade is the same customer. No recruiting bonus or self/related-company purchase.
These prospective terms apply to new registrations after approval and both signatures. Existing accepted rights remain unchanged. The Diagnostic is paused. No commission schedule is agreed for agency wholesale or the white-label Audit.

Before you begin
Do we need an account to learn?
No. Every lesson and synthetic exercise is readable without signing in. Enrollment is needed only to save an assessment and issue a completion record.
Does a certificate make us an approved partner?
No. Referral approval, tax/payment onboarding and a separately signed agreement are required. Experienced introducers may take the 45-minute safety briefing instead of the full course.
Does this affect an application?
No. Hiring data and Launchpad activity remain separate. Declining either route has no hiring consequence.
Can we join from a held state?
Learn stays open. New individual referral approvals in California, Massachusetts and New Jersey wait for lawyer review.
Who owns the learning work?
You do. Exercises use synthetic or personally permitted material and are never required commercial work for us.
