Learning and hiring stay separate

Open lessons require no account. Enrollment uses the email already held by your account, a display name, agreement version and time, optional communication choice, assessment attempts and completion record. We do not import applicant contacts. HR cannot access Launchpad activity through this program, and learning/referrals never affect hiring.

Your choices

Optional Launchpad email permission is unticked and separate. Declining or withdrawing it has no effect on course access, referral eligibility, compensation or hiring. Operational information needed to administer a requested relationship is distinct. We send optional Launchpad updates only with your separate consent.

Certificates

Public verification is off unless you separately consent. It then shows only your chosen display name, certificate title, version, issue date and random ID. You can turn verification off from your Launchpad page. Scores, email, location and tax data are never public.

Referral records

Applications collect adult eligibility, legal payee type/name, actual work country/state and business context. Signed agreements retain typed names, intent, fixed text/hash, time and source IP. Tax forms and payment details use separately restricted encrypted onboarding records, accessible only to you and the authorized owner. They never enter the applicant tracker or a shared partner sheet. Do not submit Aadhaar, passports or tax returns.

Retention and withdrawal

Withdrawal immediately ends optional email consent and public verification and removes active learning display data. Course attempts and private completion records are removed on account deletion. Fixed contracts, transaction records and required tax evidence may survive for applicable tax, legal and dispute-retention duties. We review unneeded pending applications after 24 months and hiring records separately after 12 months. A legal retention duty is explained if it prevents deletion. Request access/correction/deletion at hello@broadcastwell.com, or use account controls. No automatic legal-retention expiry is claimed.

Providers and rights

Cloudflare hosts the account and restricted records. Our existing account sign-in provider processes only requested authentication. We do not sell this data or share it with advertising lists. The main privacy notice explains international transfers, service providers and applicable rights. Broadcastwell LLC is based in Indiana, USA.
