Owner-approved update, 4 November 2026, amended 5 November 2026
- 20 percent ($98) of each paid $490 Answer Repair order and of each paid $490 Agency Deadline Audit order, payable after the payment clears and the 30-day refund window closes without a refund;
- a flat $225 on a referred client's first paid Fix Sprint;
- 10 percent of new paid Program revenue for up to the first 12 paid months;
- no fee, purchase, quota, exclusivity, territory, minimum or recruiting reward;
- either party may end participation at any time in writing;
- registration at partners@broadcastwell.com before any introduction;
- terms apply only under a separately approved and signed agreement;
- earlier accepted agreements and registrations keep their terms.

Referral questions
Who can join the referral program?
Agencies, consultants and independent introducers who already know suitable buyers can apply. Approval and a separately signed agreement are required. New individual applicants working in California, Massachusetts or New Jersey remain subject to lawyer review.
What does a referral partner earn?
The current schedule pays 20 percent ($98) on each paid $490 Answer Repair or Agency Deadline Audit order, a flat $225 on a referred client's first paid Fix Sprint, and 10 percent of new paid Program revenue for up to the first 12 paid months.
When is the $98 commission payable?
It is payable after the buyer's payment clears and the 30-day refund window closes without a refund. Earlier accepted agreements and registrations keep their terms.
How do we register a referral?
Register at partners@broadcastwell.com before any introduction. Participation requires a separately approved and signed agreement. No fee or purchase is required.

Prospective partner schedule v2026-10-26
This schedule applies to agreements accepted on or after 26 October 2026 only after the owner approves publication and both parties accept the fixed agreement. Earlier accepted agreements, registrations, signatures and accrued rights keep their accepted terms.

The $490 Answer Repair credit leaves $3,410 to collect for a $3,900 Sprint and does not reduce its flat $225 commission. A Program paid for three months at $5,500 yields $1,650.
The first Sprint qualifies when its charge is collected and its applicable refund condition has closed. Later Sprints do not earn an additional Sprint commission. Answer Repair earns no referral commission. Agency Deadline Audit and wholesale work have no agreed referral commission schedule. This prospective schedule has no customer milestone bonus or recruiting bonus.
Customer refund terms must be checked against the terms attached to the actual order. An internal approval or review must not delay an earned payment beyond the applicable contractual or legal deadline.
