Module 9 · Strategic Partner track · 40 minutes
Selling as a Strategic Partner
Match a buyer situation to a published offer, disclose, register and explain how commission posts.
A Strategic Partner finds the prospect, holds the conversation in its own way and stays the client's relationship contact. Our team delivers every order under the published method. This module covers what the track requires: the published offers and what arrives with each, the disclosure, the published terms, what we never promise, registration and protection, how commission posts and the data rule. It is required before a first registration is accepted. It is not part of the Foundations certificate.
The ladder and what arrives
Category Audit, $490 once: one category, ten buyer questions, five engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode), three runs, findings within 48 hours of the category confirmation, with a Fix Pack. Fix Sprint, $2,900 once over thirty days, or $2,410 after the $490 Audit credits once within 30 days of delivery. The program, $13,500 per 90 days, billed $4,500 monthly. Record Check, Checklist Audit, Agent Test, What AI Said ten Pre-Call Briefs, Proof Setup and Second Opinion are each $490 once. The Absence Ads Sprint fee is $2,900, with ad spend paid by the client to the platforms. Index Brief with page review, $190. Portfolio Scan, $1,960 for four companies, then $490 per company. The $190 re-measure is a private link for delivered buyers. Index Verified is free; Category Exclusive is included with the Fix Sprint and the program. Refund terms for each offer are on broadcastwell.com/terms.
Which offer fits which situation
A company absent from AI answers in its category: the Category Audit, then the Fix Sprint or the program. Wrong facts about the company in AI answers: the Record Check. Buyer criteria the company does not state: the Checklist Audit. An AI agent that cannot find pricing or complete a buying task on the site: the Agent Test. A live deal where the buyer is asking AI about the vendor: What AI Said, ten Pre-Call Briefs. Proof that AI-assisted buyers reach the pipeline: Proof Setup. A team already tracking prompts in another tool: the Second Opinion. An operating partner with several portfolio companies: the Portfolio Scan.
Open with evidence the prospect can check
Start with the prospect's own Absence Index record when the company is in the Index, or the Free 10-question check (one engine). Show one sample, such as the fictional Kalvenor sample account. Ask three questions about the buyers, the category and what the team already measures. Name the fit in published words, then send the partner link. Every figure comes from the published method, v1.1. This order is a suggestion: you choose your own way of holding the conversation, and this part is not assessed.
Disclosure, terms and what we never promise
Say "I may earn a commission if you become a Broadcastwell client." at the start of the first conversation and in every message that carries a buy link, before the link. Quote published prices and terms only, as published: no discount, rebate, side agreement, quote, contract or commitment on our behalf; the client orders directly with us. Never promise a rank, a lead, a placement, inclusion in an answer or any commercial result. Outreach is one-to-one in your own name, never from a bulk, purchased or scraped list.
Registration, protection and how commission posts
Register a prospect before first contact. We accept or decline in the portal; a decline as pre-existing cites a dated record of a current or former client relationship or a two-way conversation in the 90 days before registration. Protection is 90 days from acceptance, 180 with a documented conversation inside the first 90; the first valid registration wins. Commission is 50% of the first invoice we collect from the client and 20% of every further invoice within twelve months of that first payment. It posts when the invoice is collected and becomes payable when the published refund condition closes; we pay within seven calendar days after that. Commission is earned only when a referred client pays and the refund window closes. Many partners earn nothing. Figures shown are worked examples, not typical earnings.
The data rule
Deliverables go to the client. Your portal shows order status only: offer, amount collected, dates, delivery status and the refund window. You see a client's report only if the client ticks "Share my report with my Broadcastwell partner" at intake, which is off by default. You never see another partner's data, a client's answers or receipts without that consent, or any order not attributed to you. Register only the business contact data you need.
Practice, then check
Minutes 0 to 10: read the ladder and the fit list. Minutes 10 to 20: write a fictional, unsent ten-minute conversation plan for an invented company, with the opener, one sample, three questions, the fit and the link. Minutes 20 to 25: put the disclosure line in the right places and remove any promise. Minutes 25 to 40: take the ten-question assessment. Pass at 8 of 10 with all three conduct questions correct.
Your learning artifact
Write a fictional, unsent conversation plan for an invented company: the opener, one sample, three questions, the fit, the link and the disclosure. Use no real prospect and send nothing. You own this plan; it is learning only.
No real prospecting, paid measurement or company deliverable is required.
